Invitation Letter for Traveling Visa
To request an invitation letter for a travel visa, please email daihoi@vbchouston.com with the following info:
- Your full name
- Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Home address
- Passport number
- Date of issue
- E-mail address
Please note: No personal information was retained from previous years, so invitation letters will only be sent to those who contact daihoi@vbcweb.org for this year’s conference.
All Vietnam residents are responsible for registration fees, hotel booking, and hotel fees.
Important
Receipt of an invitation letter is not an automatic registration for the conference.
